BER Airport Map and Driver Meeting Point
Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) has two passenger terminals: Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. They are next to each other and only a few minutes apart on foot. Flughafen BER railway station is located beneath Terminal 1 on level U2.

Your Berlin Taxi Airport driver will meet you in the public arrivals area with a name sign. The exact meeting point and the driver's telephone number are shown in the booking confirmation.

Terminal 1 — meeting after arrival
After passport control and baggage reclaim, pass through customs into the public arrivals hall on level E0. The driver will wait after the exit from the baggage area with a name sign.
Terminal 2 — meeting after arrival
After baggage reclaim, enter the public arrivals area in Terminal 2. Terminal 2 does not have its own vehicle forecourt, so the route from the meeting point to the vehicle may lead via the nearest car park or towards Terminal 1.
How to recognise your driver
The Berlin Taxi Airport driver holds a sign displaying the name provided when booking. Before the journey, the passenger receives a confirmation with the driver's name, telephone number, vehicle description and exact meeting point.
If you cannot find your driver
Do not leave the terminal or order another taxi before contacting us. Check your WhatsApp messages and the information in the booking confirmation. Tell the driver your exit number or a clearly visible landmark so that they can help you find the meeting point.
Book a taxi from BER Airport
