How is the taxi fare calculated?
Enter the address, date, time, number of passengers and luggage. Before confirmation, the booking form shows the available classes, fare and any applicable surcharges. The agreed price does not change because of traffic during the journey.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight's actual arrival time and adjust the pickup automatically. You do not need to notify us separately.
Where will the driver meet me at BER Airport?
The driver waits at the exit from the arrivals area with a sign displaying your name.
How do I pay?
Payment is made exclusively online in advance and in full by credit card. Cash payments and payments to the driver in the vehicle are not accepted.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation is generally free at least 24 hours before pickup. The Terms and Conditions apply to later cancellations.
Are child seats available, and how much do they cost?
Up to two child seats per journey are provided free of charge. Please state the number and ages of the children when booking.
Do you offer discounts?
Discounts of 3% to 5% may apply depending on the journey conditions. Please ask when booking.
Do you operate at night and on weekends?
Yes. The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with no night surcharge.
Can I travel with a pet?
Yes, by prior arrangement. We recommend using a pet carrier or protective cover.
Do you provide wheelchair transport?
Yes. We have a vehicle with a lift and wheelchair restraint system. This service must be requested in advance by WhatsApp, phone or email; the price is agreed individually according to the route and assistance required.
Which languages do the drivers and customer service team speak?
Drivers speak German and English. Russian-speaking and Turkish-speaking drivers are available on request. Customer service is available in Russian.
Which vehicle classes are available?
Taxi, estate taxi, business class, first class, standard van, Van XL, first class van and an 8-seat Mercedes-Benz Vito.
How do I book group transport or an hourly service?
Group transport and hourly bookings are arranged individually by WhatsApp, phone or email. The minimum hourly booking is three hours.
